The Supreme Court has posted to May 2 the bail petition of Vijayasai Reddy, accused in the Jagan Disproportionate Assets (DA) case.
The CBI has filed a petition pleading the apex court to cancel Vijaysai Reddy’s bail. It contended that Vijaysai Reddy is hindering the progress of investigation. It has alleged that the accused no 2 has been coercing the witnessing and there is evidence to this effect.
Since he is influencing the witnesses, the investigation is being delayed, the premier investigation agency told the court.
The hearing will continue tomorrow. (INN)
