Congress leader and former MP Vijayashanthi opined that implementation of Section-8 is nothing but provocation of differences between the two Telugu States.
Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, Vijayashanthi warned the NDA government that ther will be another movement if the Centre implemented Section-8 in Hyderabad City. (NSS)
