Vijaya Sai Reddy to enter politics

Auditor Vijaya Sai Reddy, who came out of jail on Monday evening following bail sanctioned to him by the CBI second special court judge Naga Maruti Sarma, has expressed his desire to enter active politics.
Talking to the media, Reddy said that he would announce his final course of action after discussing the matter with the YSR Congress chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy. He also made it clear that his intimacy with the YSR family would continue. He said that he would remain loyal to the family as long as he was alive.

Referring to charges that he got several benefits through late chief minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, he said that his appointment as the TTD member was not due to his proximity to the YSR family, but was the grace of God. He also said his appointment as director of a national bank was in recognition of his talent as an auditor and administrator and had nothing to do with his relationship with the YSR family.

Asked about the CBI probe, Vijaya Sai Reddy said that the Central investigating agency was doing its duty as per law. He said that he had full faith on the judicial system. He said that CBI was well within its legal rights in appealing against his bail in the High Court earlier and would also be in its rights if it challenges his bail again. (NSS)
