(Siasat News) Mr. Vijay Kumar Soni who was inciting the violent Muslim youths who were agitating after the Friday prayer on 6th December. It is said that after exposing the suspicious activities of Vijay Kumar Soni by the Media, Police was forced to arrest him. It may be noted that earlier police has released him after his arrest. Police sources indicated that the details of his phone call data and SMS are being analysis. It is also making an attempted to gather evidence from the CCTV cameras installed at various places. Preliminary investigations revealed that Vijay Kumar runs interest business in the Old city. He had put the locket bearing the name of Allah (SWT) to attract the poor Muslims. It is also said that this man used to be present on Fridays to help the police officials.
