(Siasat News) Vijay Kumar Soni who has been arrested by the police on the charges of inciting Muslim youths for pelting stones on the occasion of Babri Masjid protest day on 6th December near Makkah Masjid has admitted that he was taking photographs of the Muslim worshippers coming out of Makkah Masjid after Friday prayer. He has given this confession statement at the instance of some communal minded person. It does not indicate that he was working for police but the communal minded persons cannot deny that he himself has admitted that he was working for the police. Its evidence is that he was seen saluting the police officers near Charminar. Siasat Urdu Daily had published his photographs along with police officials. The question now arises that if he is not an informer of the police what was he doing with the police officers? Why was he wearing the locket bearing the name of Allah (SWT) and why was he wearing black shirts? All these activities show that a Hindu youth cannot indulge in doing so without the patronage of any major communal organization. Although Moghalpura police station arrested him under the charges of spreading communal hatred but it has not made any efforts to collect evidence.
In his confession statement he admitted that he was wearing the locket containing the name of Allah (SWT) to attract Muslim women customers in his jewelry shop. He also told that he was taking photographs with his mobile phone standing near Milan juice shop, opp: Makkah Masjid gate.
