NEW DELHI: High drama was witnessed at Government High School after Principal and teacher exchange blows on each other in presence of students on the school premises.
According to a Hindustan Times report, the incident happened in Punjab’s Sundhran in Dera Bassi. The violent fight caught on camera has gone viral on social media.

The school head Veena Bassi and Kailash Rani, who teaches science in the school, had been in a long, bitter, squabble.
And on Monday morning, while she was marking the attendance, the school head snatched the register and hit her on head. Both had a heated exchange of words. Within no time, the altercation between them escalates.
Boiled with anger, Bassi called other three teachers who too joined the fight and threw punches on Rani.
The victim Kailash Rani sustained injury on her head and back and was admitted to the Civil Hospital in Dera Bassi.
The students who witnessed the scene got scared and flee from there said that the fight lasted for about 20 minutes.
The principal and staff members wanted her to be transferred but the court stayed her posting. “That is why the headmistress can’t stand me”, alleged Kailash Rani.
The police lodged a complaint and “Investigations are under way.”
