Bhopal: Meet ‘Lady Singham’ who made a panchayat secretary in Singrauli district of Madhya Pradesh do sit-ups as punishment.
She punished Singh infront of the entire village by asking him to do sit-ups.The IAS officer asked him to do sit-ups as punishment as he admitted to his offence and asked for an apology.
In the video shows the IAS officer Nidhi Nivedita was inspecting the toilets built in the village and she found that there was no wash basin outside the toilet as claimed by him in the official papers.
