Hyderabad: The three-year-old girl of Mohammed Afzal and Nazia Begum, Ahana Afzal is suffering from a very mysterious disease which causes her to cry tears of blood. Despite making rounds of various hospitals and even after spending a lot of money, she is not getting the proper treatment. She is a resident of Vattepally of Old City.
After the tests were made, the doctors arrived at a conclusion that the girl is suffering from Hematohidrosis. It is a disease in which the eyes bleed. From the veins of nose, eyes and ears, bleeding starts.
At present, she is undergoing treatment at Rainbow Hospital, Banjara Hills.
The father of the girl, Mohammed Afzal is a trainer at a gym in Yakutpura where he gets Rs. 8000 per month. This meager income is not sufficient to pay the house rent and meet other expenses of the household. The parents have already sold out all their belonging for the treatment of their daughter. During the past 18 months, they have incurred a loan of Rs. 8 lakh.
