New Delhi: An ABVP worker suffered serious injuries when he catches fire while burning Asaduddin Owaisi’s effigy during a protest in Kanpur on Wednesday.
ABVP members had gathered at a busy intersection of the city to protest against the Owaisi’s recent remark that he will not chant ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ even if a knife is put on his throat.

It is to be noted that MIM chief said this on Sunday while addressing a rally. He also said, “Nowhere in the Constitution it says that one should say ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’”.
