In the wake of Vice President Hamid Ansari’s visit, State Government is making elaborate arrangements in Hyderabad on April 13.
Principal Secretary, General Administration, Adhar Sinha today instructed officials concerned to make necessary arrangements for the Vice President visit Hyderabadand to deliver a first Mohammed Quli Qutub Shah Memorial Lecture at Maulana Urdu University in Hyderabad on April 13. An official welcome will be offered to the vice president on his arrival at Begumpet Airport he said.
The vice president will get back to Delhi after attending the program. For this program, he asked the officials to take necessary steps to provide services including fool-proof security, traffic regulation, cleansing of environs and repairs of roads, uninterrupted power supply, drinking water, health, fire, horticulture and public relations, BSNL and state technologies.
Home principal secretary Rajiv Trivedi, Municipal secretary and information commissioner Navini Mittal, Hyderabad Collector Rahul Bojja and others were present. (NSS)
