Vishva Hindu Parishad and Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Samithi today urged the police to order a thorough probe into the alleged role of MIM and its leaders in helping settlement of Myanmar Rohinga Muslims in the city.
In a memorandum submitted to Police Commissioner Mahender Reddy, they also urged him to take action against illegal migrants from Myanmar, Bangladesh and Pakistan, who entered the city without valid documents.
The latest arrest of Khalid Mohammed, who posed as a refugee from Burma’s Maungdaw city, is the matter of serious concern. The arrested is an expert bomb maker, who underwent training in terrorist camps on the Bangladesh-Burma border, they said.
