Mumbai, August 26: Are you die hard fan of pop legend Michael Jackson? Well, here is the platform for you to prove your worth before the International civic. VH1 has brought a brand new programme that will rummage around the Indian shore to find the perfect man or a woman lying in the age bracket of 13 to 35 in the contest called “The Search For India’s Biggest Michael Jackson Fan”.
The winner of the challenge will represent India as Jackson’s biggest fan and will be given an opportunity to pay his/ her last respects to the legend at the star dedicated to Michael Jackson on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles.
Fans can also pay homage to the late “King of Pop” by sending a ribbon and a note in memory of Jackson which will be delivered to the Walk of Fame.
Ferzad Palia, the associate general manager of VH1 India said, “No amount of praise can possibly befit the legend that lived. We want to give our viewers the opportunity to express their love for the King of Pop with this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”
The Walk of Fame at present has over 2,000 five-pointed stars featuring the names of not only human celebrities but also fictional characters honoured by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce for their contributions to the entertainment industry.
