AICC secretary V Hanumantha Rao has alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was acquiring land illegally in Medipally where people were opposing establishment of Pharma City.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Saturday, VH said the people of the State were still remembering former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi for allotting lands to them. Expressing concern over Pharma Company, VH said Pharma Companies construct treatment plants but they will not use them properly. Alleging looting of government lands in the State, VH said he will invite AICC vice-president Rahul Gandhi to Medipally after he took over as AICC president.
VH alleged that the RSS and BJP activists were attacking daliths in the name of “Gau Rakshana”. Making it clear that the Congress would obstruct forcible acquisition of lands from the people, VH advised Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to construct Pharma Company in his Farm House. (NSS)
