In a historic verdict today, High Court pronounced a laudable judgment in case of waqf properties. This land is a waqf property of Dargah Husain Shah Vali comprising of 1652 acres of land. At first in the period of TDP rule, nearly 500-acre land was sold on which ISB, Emaar and Infosys were built. The destruction and robbery continued even after Congress came to power and Congress government handed over Muslims’ property worth 50000 crore rupees to Vijayawada MP Lagdapati Rajgopal at a paltry sum of 200 crore.
Mr. Shabbir Ali was the then Waqf minister and Mrs. Chaya Ratan IAS was the principal secretary for waqf. The honest officer was the first to raise her voice agaisnt the fraud and stated clearly that this was the waqf property and it could not be sold. As a punishment, the honest officer was immediately tranferred so as pave the way for Rajgopal.
Every honest officer was being transferred which continues till today; tranfer of Mohammad Ali Raffath is the latest example.
My self and my friend Mr. Masqti filed a petition OS 99/07 but Raj Gopal was completely sheltered by the government.
Now in a historic judgment High Court has declared the land as waqf property and now our case OS 99/07 will proceed further.
I congratulate all Muslim brothers and sisters for significant achievement. Inshallha we will follow suit upto Supreme Court and hope from Allah that victory will be ours.
