Hyderabad: The sleuths of Bowenpally police nabbed the notorious property offender Robbery/Automobile by name Md. Ahmed Pasha on Friday and recovered seven bikes all W/Rs. 2.5 lakhs and detected total 09 cases of various police stations.
The Bowenpally Police arrested the prime accused A1. Md. Ahmed Pasha, S/o Anwar Hussain, Age: 21yrs, Occ: Labour, R/o H. No. 9-3- 26/D, Near NallaPochammaTemple, Harjanbasti, Hasmathpet, Alwal, Cyberabad on 08-03- 2018 in Cr. Nos 55/2018 U/S 394 IPC, Cr.No.26/2018 U/S 379 IPC, 77/2018 U/S 379 IPC of Bowenpally PS and recovered 07 bikes all W/r around 2.5 lakhs.
The prime accused Md. Ahmed pasha is the residence of Hasmathpet Alwal, Cyberabad District. He is notorious property offender and previously he committed nearly 22 property offences and he was arrested 03times and went to Jail. The accused previously arrested by Bowenpally Police station and various police stations of Hyderabad and Cyberabad districts and he involved in Crime number 1. Cr.no: 305/13 U/s 457, 380 IPC of Bowenpally PS 2. Cr.no: 311/13 U/s 457, 380, 511 IPC of Bowenpally PS 3. Cr.no: 490/14 U/s 457, 380 IPC of Bowenpally PS 4. Cr.no: 492/14 U/s 457, 380 IPC of Bowenpally PS 5. Cr.no: 493/14, U/S 380 IPC of Bowepally P.S 6. Cr.no: 108/2016 U/s 457, 380 IPC of Bowenpally PS.
Lastly the accused was arrested by Balnagar Police Station, Cyberabad and sent him to Jail and on July 15, 2017 and he was released from chanchalguda jail on December 5, 2017.
After releasing from the jail, the accused kept quiet for some days and again committed the above property offences. Today i.e. on March 8, 2018 while he was available at open ground opposite to NIMH, Manovikas nagar, Old Bowenpally, the police apprehended him as per credible information and recovered 07 stolen bikes from the places where he shown in the presence of mediators and detected 09 cases of various police stations.
The accused person is arrested on 08-03- 2018 and he is being produced before the Honorable XI ACMM court at Secunderabad on 09-03- 2018 in this case.
The case is under investigation with DSI Sri: M. Srinivas under the supervision of Sri S. Sudheer Kumar Detective Inspector of Police Bowenpally PS and Sri: P. Vijay Kumar, Inspector of Police, Bowenpally P.S, under able guidance of Sri S. Ranga Rao, Asst. Commissioner of Police of Begumpet Division and Smt. B. Sumathi, IPS, Dy.
