Vegetable Raita

Vegetable Raita is a combination of vegetables and yogurt. It is a perfect and refreshing add on to any meal.

Ingredients:
Onion – 2 no, chopped
Tomato – 2 no, chopped
Cucumber – 1/2 no, chopped
Green Chilli – 2 no, chopped
Yogurt – 2 cups
Salt – to taste
Sugar – a pinch
Black Pepper – 1 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions:
In a bowl, add onion, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies and mix.
Add salt to taste, sugar(optional), blackpepper and curds. Mix them well.
Vegetable Raita can be served with chapathi or any other rice item.
