Chickpea Patty
How to make chickpea patty:
Ingredients
Chickpeas 100gm
Beans (Finely chopped) 20gm
Carrot (Finely chopped) 20gm
Oil 2tsp
Bread Crums 2tbsp
Method for make chickpea patty
• Soak Chickpeas over night
• Cook chickpeas in pressure cooker for 15 mins
• Cook beans and carrot for 5 mins
• Mash chickpeas and mix with beans and carrot
• Heat oil in pan
• Saute chicpeas mixture
• Add bread crums and make patty shape.
• Fry in oil till golden
METHOD
• Spread butter on bun and toast it
• Arrange all vegetables in to layers including lettuce leaves
• Spread cheese & Sprinkle salt and pepper
• Then put chickpea patty on it and spread some more cheese
• Cover with other piece of bun
• Vegetable burger is ready serve with French fries.
