Job Description:
Overall 8-12 yrs experience in Siebel design/development with at least 3 yrs experience in Siebel design.
Expertise in Siebel EAI, and Siebel Open UI is must.
Very good understanding of Siebel data model, config, escripting, EAI, workflows, product model, order management.
In-depth Hands-on expertise of at least 2 of the above areas of Siebel
Excellent understanding of Design paradigms and best practices in Siebel and ability to simplify the solutions
At least 3 yrs experience in Team/Tech lead and guide and mentor the team
Understanding of Siebel coding standards and develop code as per best coding standards
Ability to debug complex issues in e2e environments
Ability to debug performance issues in Siebel
Very Good communication skills
Skills in PLSQL/Oracle/XML/XSL will be added advantage
