Uttarakhand relief by Muslims

A special meeting was convened under the chairmanship of Mr. Ilyas Shamsi, Member of All India Milli Council at Maman Education Centre in Hyderabad. Addressing the gathering Mr. Shahnawaz Khan told that in the past the Muslims of Hyderabad have helped the victims of Gujarat, Kurnool and Assam. The situation in the North India is very serious many pilgrims have been stranded in Badrinath, Kedarnath and other parts of Uttarakhand, PM has also appealed for donations. On such an occasion it is the duty of the Muslim community to extent their help for its compatriots. It was decided in the meeting that a delegation of Doctors and Paramedical staff should be sent from Hyderabad.
