(Siasat News) There is a disappointment in other districts of Telangana on the defeat of Syed Ibrahim from Mahaboobnagar constituency. It is a fact that the entire Telangana does not know Syed Ibrahim but due to news items covered through the newspapers, he had reached the hearts of the people. Innocent Minorities were thinking that MR. K. Chandrasekhara Rao is a sympathizer of the Muslims. In the last elections, he went on saying in each district that his upbringing has been in the cultured families of the Muslims and his father used to keep a separate room neat and clean for his Muslim visitors for offering their prayers. He also used to slaughter a goat to host a party for any Muslim who visited him. Today, the Muslim youths in hotels and restaurants are lamenting on the mentality of Mr. KCR. They are telling us to pen down to write his real character. It has been evident that Mr. Jitender Reddy has stopped the footsteps of Syed Ibrahim marching towards Assembly in an organized way. This couldn’t have happened without the consent of Mr. Chandrasekhara Rao because he had appeared on the dais of BJP in Punjab a few days before these by elections. Strategically he sought the support of the Muslims for BJP for Nizamabad Assembly seat. After this success, Mr. Jaleel Azhar, staff reporter of Siasat had the privilege of interviewing KCR, his daughter and Mr. Harish Rao. All of them had admitted that in the success of BJP candidate from Nizamabad, Muslims have played a key role. When the issue of MR. Syed Ibrahim came to the forefront, he got back. Many Muslim youths in Nirmal were saying that Mr. KCR can’t be the sympathizer of the Muslims. Mr. KCR was talking about 12% reservation for the Muslims only to fool them.
Mr. KCR should have camped at Mahaboobnagar for 3 to 4 days and should have ensured the success of Syed Ibrahim. Whatever be the circumstances, the Muslims have been disappointed with the result of Mahaboobnagar Assembly constituency.
The Muslims are asking which political party is serious about the Muslims. Out of the four Rajya Sabha seats, not a single seat was allotted to any Muslim by the Congress. It may be the narrow-mindedness of the Congress or it is taking revenge of U.P. elections. Whatever may be the reason, no political party has the courage to offer any position carrying power to the Muslims. Muslims are asking the question about Chandrababu Naidu that he has ditched his father-in-law. What can the Muslims expect from such a person. TDP offered Rajya Sabha seat to a leader who had left the party earlier. Such parties will remain as part of history in future. It is time for the Muslim leaders of all the political parties to think seriously about their representations in legislative bodies. Syed Ibrahim has been made a toy in the hands of the political parties. In future, we should not play in the hands of the political parties. Many years before Dilip Kumar had said that whatever BJP does, it does openly whereas other political parties make fool of us. We are all Indians and we should be united to evolve our own strategies in future.
