Hyderabad: The US Police has arrested noted Telugu film producer Kishan Modugudi and his wife Chandra Mudugudi for allegedly running a sex racket in the US.
Telugu film Producer Kishan Modugudi alias Vibha Jayam would forcibly supply film heroines, anchors to the customers staying in Star hotels in Chicago.
The stars were provided with temporary visas on the pretext of film shootings and entertainment programmes.
To their surprise on arrival, they were sent to star hotels for their customers waiting.
The customers are also being charged hefty amounts of thousands of dollars for the service. The pimps also supplied heroines to the customers in Dallas, New Jersey and also Washington.
The US Police successfully busted the sex racket after receiving a tip-off. According to the records seized by the Police, one of the noted actresses also pleaded the producer to not drag her into the flesh business.
