Operations management is an area of management  concerned with overseeing, designing, and controlling theoffshore USITSTAFFING employees at our Hyderabad branch. Taking care and assuring of smooth running of day to day business operations at the branch and making sure that employees adhere to best business practices and good floor behaviour and taking care of logistics and other basic necessities at the branch.
JOB DUTIES :
  • Should be handling a team of more than 50+
  • Overall 10+ years of experience, preferably in US IT Staffing and IT Consulting but not mandatory
  • Excellent People and Performance Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling Employee issues and resolving them on timely basis
  • Expertise in monitoring and grooming employees to adhere to company and floor policies
  • Experience in hiring and training new employees and mentoring employees according to need
  • Handling Logistics
  • Set in place a systematic procedure for MIS reporting to the organizations management team
