The United States has said it would double its non-lethal assistance to Syria’s opposition, taking the total aid to USD 250 million.
The announcement yesterday came following US Secretary of State John Kerry’s meeting with Syrian Coalition President Ahmed Moaz al-Khatib, members of the Coalition leadership and international partners supporting the Syrian opposition in Istanbul.
