The Role
Facilities Manager – Immediate Start – Bahrain
Our client is an International company, with a growing presence in the region. They currently seek a Technical Facilities Manager for a position in Bahrain. Candidates should be experienced in managing a maintenance team of blue collar workers, carrying out all MEP maintenance services to a large facility. Candidates should also be familiar with a maintenance contracts and working to SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements
• Facilities Management experience
• Technical Degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering (MEP)
• Have managed a maintenance operation carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance
• Understand SLA and KPI
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
