Oversee day to day activities of the outlet. Lead, Direct and Supervise Spa team in creating an outstanding experience for the customer. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Major responsibilities: Revenue generation and managing operational costs ,Customer service management & customer retention , Staff management and retention, Maintenance of spa, Adhering to SOP.
Key Performance Indicators :
Revenue: 40%
Customer sevice & retention: 25%
Spa maintenance &Adherence to SOP: 20%
Employee retention: 15%
Skills and qualities: Detail oriented , Sales skills, Flexibility, Consistently motivating and directing employees , Service oriented, Operation monitoring skills, Quality control analysis, Time management.
