Job Description:
Maintain Calendar, schedule meetings and set reminders to follow up meeting schedules.
Provide High Level Administrative Support to CEO.
Coordinate with Top Management and HODs to get the inputs and prepare Management Reports.
Monitoring Email , Voice Mail and other correspondence.
Communication with key clients including follow up before and after meetings with agendas of next steps.
Typing, Formatting and creating documents including meetings notes and follow up proposals.
Your work location will be Ganeshpura, Mehsana.
Transport Facility will be provided from Ahmedabad(Thaltej).
Salary:INR 1,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A
