Job Description:
Responsible for End to End Recruitment (Permanent/Contractual).
Excellent Communication skills
Should be to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Clients
Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation
Experience in entire Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary negotiation, data mapping for projects , company mapping,
Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Job Portals, Database, Social networking sites, Employee references etc.
Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements on the basis of Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
Conducting 1st round of interview to check communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc.
Should be aware of IT Technologies to source good profiles
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with proven abilities in problem solving
Highly adaptable in quickly changing technical environments
Ability to Multi Task with Experience of Supporting Large IT Services Organizations
Job Location : Secunderabad , Patny Center.
