We have and urgent opening for US Mortgage – HUD Process.
Please find the below JD:
1. Need to prepare and review the complete HUD and update the closing instructions.
2. Match the loan fee as per invoice and 3rd party settlement agent for HUD preparation.
3. Should be involved in transition for Pre closing, closing – HUD prepare and post closing process.
4. Able to calculate different type of charges and fees for mortgage loan closing document in different stages.
5. Should be very good in handling multiple HUD documents.
