Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated HR professional to handle end-to-end recruitment of hiring full-time/part time instructors for our e-learning venture. Ideal candidate should either be an MBA in Human Resources with great communication skills and previous work experience (ideally 2 years) in human resources.
Responsibilities:
1.Coordinating the entire recruitment processes
2.Preparing complete reports on instructor hiring
3.Documenting all the HR activities (meetings, trainings etc.)
4.Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
5.Conducting initial orientation sessions for newly hired employees

1.Continuously hire instructors on full-time and freelance basis and empanel them with our venture
2.Posting job descriptions on Tech Mahindras Naukri and LinkedIn portals by coordinating with the HR department
3.Using recruiter tools e.g. LinkedIn, to contact leading professionals in Data Science, Analytics and Big Data domains, seeking their services as instructors
4.Coordinating & conducting initial round interviews with shortlisted instructors and conducting online demo sessions
5.Own the overall recruitment process including assisting in instructor onboarding
