Job Description:
Handling complete Recruitment life cycle.
Requirement gathering, understanding Technical requirements given by various clients for their manpower positions.
Team management, Client Relationship Management, Quality Check, Sourcing to Offer follow-up & Closure, Background reference checks.
Handled Contractual & permanent Staffing.
Effective Database of profiles built through various sources like Job Portals, Internal Employee Reference, Network through prospective candidates etc. involves posting advertisement in portals.
Briefing the profile and requirement specifications to the candidates, conducting initial screening in order to judge the candidate’s suitability and evaluating candidates on their skill sets and communication skills, validating the candidates’ interest on the requirement.
Negotiation and Follow Up till Joining.
Handling all responsibilities from sourcing to closure.
Using the Job Portals like Monster, Naukri to successfully source the right candidates according to the job specifications.
