After long efforts of Muslim Welfare Association Telangana, under the leadership of Mr. Mohammed Mushtaq Muhiuddin president Muslim Welfare Association Telangana, an Urdu medium government junior college is going to be launched this year.
It must be recalled that the Muslim Welfare Association had been demanding that the Govt. of India and the state government establish an Urdu Medium College in Shamsabad mandal for the promotion and development of Urdu. As Shamsabad mandal comprises of nearly 43 villages in which Muslim population is nearly 20000 and Shamsabad has no junior college.
