Urdu language owes much of its promotion and development to the poetry. Echo of couplets mesmerising the audience in the courts during monarchy and in the houses during democracy is a historical fact which no one can deny. Siasat editor Mr. Zahed Ali Khan expressed these views while releasing the 15th poetic compilation of Taqi Askari Vila ‘Sukhan dar Sukhan’.
