Hyderabad: Urdu Dani, Zaban Dani, Insha exams were conducted by Abid Ali Khan Educational Trust at 286 centres in twin cities, other districts and neighbouring states. 80782 candidates had submitted the forms out of which nearly 55000 students appeared for the exam.
Urdu professors and other prominent personalities belonging to various fields of life lauded Siasat’s efforts in promoting the Urdu language. Besides housewives, small children and elderly persons, Non-Muslim teachers and students also appeared for the exam.
