It has been decided to invite tenders to ensure transparency in conducting 3 cultural programmes in Urdu on June 2 in connection with Telangana Formation Day. All India Mushaira, Shaam-e-Ghazal and Programme will be held under the aegis of Urdu Academy on June 2.
A tender committee has been set up to oversee the arrangements. The committee comprises of DSP ACB, CEO Waqf Board, Executive Engineer R&D, District Minority Welfare Officer Hyderabad, Deputy Director Minority Welfare and Managing Director Christian Finance Corporation.
Community meeting was held on Monday and it has been decided to call separate tenders for 3 programmes.
All India mushaira will be held at Quli Qutub Shah Stadium while the Qawwali programme will be held at Khilwat ground. Shaam-e-Ghazal will be held at Indore Stadium Lal Bahadur Stadium.
