Quarterly organ of Old Boys’ Association of Urdu Arts College “Phoolban” will be released tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. at Urdu Hall Himayath Nagar by Mr. Abid Rasool Khan, Chairman, A.P. Minorities Commission. Mr. M.A. Raheem Khan, former Principal will preside over the function. Prof. S.A.Shukoor, Director Urdu Academy, Prof. Fatima Parveen (OU) and Dr. Naseemuddin Farees (MANUU) will address the gathering. Mr. Mohammed Moinuddin Akhtar, editor of the magazine will welcome the guests. Mr. Syed Zahooruddin, Advocate and Secretary of the Association and Dr. M.Q. Saleem, Joint Editor of the Magazine have requested the Old Boys of the college and Urdu lovers to attend the meeting.
