Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published recruitment Advertisement No.04/2018 for vacancy position of Translator (Tibetan), Assistant Director Safety (Chemical), Assistant Director Safety (Electrical and Mechanical).

Pay Scale: Level-10 (₹ 56,100 – 1,77,500) in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
Educational Qualifications:
Translator (Tibetan) ->
(a) Bachelor’s degree in the Foreign Language concerned (TIBETAN) with English as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level from a recognized University. OR
Bachelor’s degree with English as a compulsory or elective subject from a recognized University; and
(b) Diploma in foreign language concerned (TIBETAN) with interpretership or translation standard from a University or Institute recognized by Government of India.
Assistant Director Safety (Chemical) ->
(1) Degree in Chemical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Two years experience in handling various aspects of industrial safety in a factory, dock ship or a technical institution/organization.
Assistant Director Safety (Electrical) ->
(1) Degree in Electrical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. (2) Two years experience in handling various aspects of industrial safety in a factory, dock ship or a technical institution/ organization.
Assistant Director Safety (Mechanical) ->
(1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. (2) Two years experience in handling various aspects of industrial safety in a factory, dock ship or a technical institution/organization.
Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay a fee of ₹ 25/- only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/ master credit/ debit card. No fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ Women candidates of any community.
