Educational Qualification and Experience:
| Senior Fellow | Master’s Degree in any of the Social Sciences or humanities with at least 55% marks or equivalent from any reputed Indian or foreign University and atleast 5 years’ experience of working a reputed developed related organisation at a Senior level with international exposure. Qualifications in human resource management will be an added advantage |
| Fellow | Graduation from any reputed University in India or abroad with atleast 15 years of demonstrated experience in reputed media organisation with specialisation in development journalism related to water, community action and community resources. |
| Project Level Coordinators | Masters or Graduation Degree in Engineering / Management / Accounting or any of the social sciences, from a reputed University with minimum of 55% marks at the relevant examination and at least 5 years’ experience in coordinating large term of field staff in development related interventions in a reputed organisation. |
| Agricultural Scientist | M.Sc. in agriculture / with a minimum 55% marks Atleast two years’ experience in the field in Vidarbha region will be an added qualification. |
| Social Worker | Masters Degree in Social Work from a reputed University with 55% or equivalent marks Experience in the field of development issues will be an added qualification. |
| Economists | Master’s Degree in Economics minimum 55% marks or equivalent from recognised institutions w Experience in developed intervention in the field will be an additional qualification. |
| Trainers | Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences / Management / Engineering/ Sciences having had experiences of doing outreach and training work in rural Maharashtra. Experiences in working with issues related to water resource management will be an additional qualification. |
| Group Coordinators | Master’s Degree in Social work/Social Sciences with minimum 55% marks from recognised institutions with atleast 5 years’ experience in work with water resources in Maharashtra. |
| Assistant Coordinators | A Bachelor’s degree in any Social Sciences / Humanities / Management. Experience in Administration/Accounts position will be an added qualification. |
