Union Minister terms ‘mob lynching’ as opposition’s ‘nautanki’

New Delhi: Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Giriraj Singh calls the mob lynching incidents as opposition’s nautanki, according to an Urdu daily’s report which quoted UNI. The comment came after twenty-nine-year-old Rakbar Khan was lynched in Alwar on July 21 by a mob of cow protectors who accused him of smuggling cows.

Endrosing the views of Indresh Kumar, senior BJP leader and union minister Giriraj Singh said Kumar is a “mature” man and said whatever he did “after proper thought”.

“He (Indresh Kumar) is a mature man and must have said something after proper thought,” news agency ANI quoted Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Giriraj Singh.

Earlier, the Union Minister had accuse Congress president Rahul Gandhi of conspiring to “divide India”. Singh said, “There is a conspiracy going on in this country to divide India. This has started after Rahul Gandhi held a meeting with Muslim intellectuals. He is influencing these Muslim intellectuals to destroy the nation. This is his conspiracy to destroy B.R. Ambedkar’s Constitution”.
