Guntur red chilli is not only famous in the country, the Guntur farmers produce quality chilies, said Union minister for commerce and industry Nirmala Sitharaman.
Inaugurating a Spices Park at Vankayalapadu under Yadlapadu mandal in Guntur district, Nirmala said the spice park would be developed in 120 acres of land. She also said 18 godowns would be constructed for providing packaging facilities of chilli and storage.
The Union minister assured that all facilities would be provided to this park from the Central funds. (NSS)
