New Delhi: Swacch Bharat Abyan which prohibits excreting in public campaign initiated to make India clean started by PM Modi, seems a little difficult to be implemented as his own cabinet seems to have a different opinion about the same.
Union Minister Radha Mohan Singh has made another controversy with his pictures surfacing on social media with him urinating on wall near his car while his security guards look away.
His pictures went viral after the Minister recently visited Motihari an East Champaran District in Bihar.
Earlier on June 8 he was criticized for attending Yoga event with Baba Ramdev yoga guru while many farmers were protesting for the death of five farmers in Police firing in MP.
Many opposition leaders and Twitter took to Twitter criticizing him for his action, as reported in News18.
