Having failed to find a suitable job, a 28-year-old unemployed man committed suicide.
According to SR Nagar police, the deceased, T Kishan, committed suicide by hanging to the ceiling at his residence in BK Guda on Friday night. He was searching for a suitable job for the last few months and the failure to get employment is suspect to have driven him to suicide.
In two other cases, financial problems drove two persons including a woman to suicide. The first incident was reported from Dundigal police limits where 34-year-old K Sravani had set herself ablaze at her residence in Mallampet on Friday evening. She was admitted to the Gandhi Hospital where she died last night. Another case happened in Saroornagar police limits where 40-year-old L Jampaiah committed suicide by consuming some unknown poison. According to police, Jampaiah, a security guard in GHMC LB Nagar office resorted to the extreme step on July 30 and died while undergoing treatment at Osmania General Hospital on Saturday.
In another incident, 38-year-old M Raju succumbed to the injuries which he suffered after setting himself ablaze at his residence in Neknampur on July 29. He died at the OGH on Friday night. He was a sweeper in Defence and family disputes are suspected to be the reason behind suicide.
In a similar case, a tailor committed suicide due to family disputes. According to Kulsumpura police, 35-year-old A Ramesh, who had set himself ablaze on July 28, died at the OGH on Saturday morning. (INN)
