Jaipur: An undertrial prisoner lodged in a sub jail today died under mysterious circumstances in Hanumangarh district, police said.
Maniram was arrested by police on Saturday in a case of arms act and was sent to judicial custody by a local court, they said.
The inmate suddenly fell ill and was admitted to hospital where he died, police said.
The body was handed over to family members after postmortem, they said, adding the matter is being probed.
