In an appalling incident occurred in Chanchalguda Jail, an undertrial prisoner attempted suicide. According to details rowdy sheeter Ramesh who was imprisoned in Chanchalguda Jail for past few days gulped down a pointed nail. The worried jail authorities rushed him to the Osmania Hospital where he is undergoing treatment. His condition is said to be critical. Dabeerpura police has registered a case in this connection and it is being tried to ascertain the cause of suicide attempt.
