Hyderabad: According to a press note issued by Dr. Shakaib Haider, Convenor, 2nd International Unani League, Unani Medical Association is celebrating a three-day function from 10-12 February to mark the birthday of Hakeem Ajmal Khan. Inaugural function will be held at 4 p.m. on 10th February at Central Council for Research in Unani, Erragadda, Hyderabad. Dy. CM of Telangana State, Mr. Mohammed Mahmood Ali will be the Chief Guest. On 11th February, Scientific Seminar will be held at 10 a.m. at Urdu Maskan, Khilwath Road. Unani scholars and doctors throughout India will present their articles in this session. The valedictory function will be held on 12th February at Ravendra Bharati. Dr. Lakshma Reddy, Health Minister of Govt. of Telangana will be the Chief Guest. Hakeem Ajmal Khan memorial lecture will be delivered in this session. Awards will be given to 30-35 Unani doctors in recognition of their services in the field.
