Seoul, July 06: The U.N. Security Council will hold closed-door consultations at 4 p.m. EDT (2000 GMT) on Monday to discuss North Korea, a U.N. spokesman said.
Over the weekend, North Korea launched seven ballistic missiles into the Sea of Japan in defiance of a Security Council resolution, according to South Korea’s defense ministry.
