Alwar: Ummar Khan’s family has not collected his body from the hospital on the 5th day. Ummar Khan was allegedly killed by cow vigilantes in Alwar last week.
Earlier a group called on chief secretary Ashok Jain and put their demands. Jain had promised to reply by 6 pm on Thursday. However as a result of unsuccessful talks, more than 30 organisations and public representatives announced to hold protest march. Ummar’s body has been kept in SMS hospital in Jaipur.
On the other hand police is trying to picture the incident as the outcome of a “confrontation between two criminal groups”.
Meanwhile police has sent Bhagwan Singh Gurjar alias Kala and Ramveer Gurjar, accused in killing, into 3-day police remand. Police is also in search of 4 accused who are absconding.
