The 44-year-old actress and the 58-year-old hotelier were spotted having a dinner together after attending Tribeca Film Festival Artists Dinner, reported New York Post.
The couple had pasta for their dinner. They allegedly tipped a generous 50 percent before leaving the restaurant.
Last month, Thurman and Balazs were photographed cuddling on the beach.
