UK man fined for breaking bed, curtain rail while having sex in old flat

A man has been charged with criminal damage after he went to his former flat to have sex and broke the bed, curtain rails and window sill.

Adam Disney of Solihull, who still had a key to his former home, used his empty flat to have sex with his female companion, the Mirror reported.

Neighbors called the cops at about 10.45 am after they heard noises.

Disney, who appeared at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court, was originally charged to burglary with intent to cause damage but the charge was changed to criminal damage .

The 28-year-old was ordered to pay 100 pounds fine, costs of 85 pounds, 150-pound compensation and a victim surcharge of 20 pounds. (ANI)
