Ujjwala Raut’s hubby Craig Maxwell Sterry moves SC

New Delhi, August 21: Indian Super model Ujjwala Raut’s marriage life has been deteriorated as her British husband Craig Maxwell Sterry approached the Supreme Court on Thursday seeking stay on Centre’s decision to cancel his PIO card.

In his petition, Ujjwala raut’s husband accused the Centre of succumbing to pressure wielded by his influential wife.

Ujjwala Raut had moved a Mumbai family court in 2008 seeking divorce from Craig Maxwell Sterry.

Earlier, the Goa Bench of Bombay High Court refused to stay the August 10 order cancelling his PIO card.

Ujjwala Raut and model-turned-entrepreneur Sterry had tied nuptial knot in New York in 2002. The PIO card was issued to Sterry on October 11, 2006.

Sterry accused Ujjwala of exerting her extreme influential power to create havoc in his life. The things started getting sour between the duo after the birth of their daughter Ksha in 2005.

However, the super model who showcased the dresses of world’s leading designer on the ramps has said that if Maxwell has proof of abuse and intimidation, he should present it before the court not before the media.
