Uganda set to ban miniskirts with anti-pornography bill

A new bill will ban miniskirts in Uganda if approved by the Ugandan president.

The anti-pornography bill outlaws anything that shows sexual parts of a person such as breasts, thighs, buttocks, the Independent reported.

The bill says that any kind of clothing that is deemed sexual and which intends to cause sexual excitement or any indecent act or behavior tending to corrupt morals will be banned.

The anti-pornography bill is a throwback to the reign of Idi Amin who banned miniskirts in Uganda during the 1970s. (ANI)
